Music Streaming via Mobile Phone

Note:
- If you are upgrading mobbler, you may need to uninstall your current version before installing again.
- If you have a 3.0, then you must also install mobblerhelper.sis. If you do not know what your phone is, then it will not hurt to install anyway.
- Mobbler if not installed, it probably means that your phone does not accept self signed applications. You'll have to go to application manager on the phone and change the settings for software installation only signed for everyone.
